What Callum Martin doesn't like about Barra on Todd Restaurant and Bar:
it's great to see places like these supporting apprentice chefs. however, they can not give up any lingerie to cook fried eggs if they do not know how to cook a fried egg at first place. that is not the responsibility of the apprentice. the chef does not adequately support his apprentice if they give him either a job he does not know what to do, or he was taught, but not yet competent in and not given feedback. I love their yummy soft shell crab, I will go back for more! They have superb menu and delicious food, different from other restaurants only offer chicken schnitzels and fish n chips and burgers, they have kangaroo damper,soft shell crab, Kobe beef on the menu!...Yum! View all feedback.
