Resataurante Niza - Alicante

I saw many „mixed” reviews before visiting this place. So we was a bit worried about final experience. In our case service was very good, of course waiters trying to convince you for something more expensive but in our case that was very ok without crossing the “good taste” line. All food recommendations was very good. We ordered grilled seafood plate and the waiter recommended grilled vegetables which was a good idea. Food in general was OK i will say 4+/5. Our experience was decent and I could recommend this place.

Beautiful location but horrible service and food. It 's the first time I was refused to see a menu because I just wanted to see deserts and not to order food

This place is really good. The food is excellent and very good value. I can see complaints from English visitors, but stick with it. We go at least every couple of months and now the staff recognise us, they are brilliant. The calamari's, prawns in garlic and basic salad with bread and aioli are all you need for a lunch and we love it. They don't speak great English so you need to put a bit more effort in but its really worth it.

Reviews say it all.. we only ordered patatas brava.. question: how can you mess up patatas brava? They did it.. big time.

This place got off to a false start with us but turned it around nicely in the end. We went in there because they were offering a set lunch which included the local Alicante rice. We didn’t want to much to eat but wanted to try this so went in and ordered drinks. It was only then they told us it was for a minimum of two people so we had to order something else. The service was rough and ready but unfussy and reasonably friendly. Most importantly, the food turned out to be very good including the rice dish mentioned and a delicious salad with walnuts, ham and honey. The setting is absolutely wonderful and the cost not bad considering the views and so on.
