El Refugio Café Art Nature Arte - Feedback

What User doesn't like about El Refugio Café Art Nature Arte:
Looks nice but seems they don't have air con which is quite bad in summer. Also, the drinks took ages, I waited for mine literally half an hour and everyone who came after me got theirs before me. a wonderful creative space, only the popular calle san francisco. I found this space randomly and so happy that I did it. I saw spoken word, poetry and music on this place (all in Spanish I speak English) understand the passion in performance, although I did not understand what was said.
