Good food, good prices and good views, but the service is extremely slow. We spent about 2 hours here for lunch because it took 20 minutes to get our drinks order, 20 minutes to take our food order, 20 more minutes to bring our food, 30 minutes to eat and get the bill and about 15 more to come and take payment. The food is horibble. All the food is full of oil. Just junk food. The food is frozen and after that fried. I do not recommand.
We found it difficult to find a cafe/ pub in Alicante with outside seating in the sun and that was needed when we visited in January! Came across this one by accident . Popular, with quite a few tables , quick good service , coffees , beer etc and tapas albeit we didn’t eat.
We stayed at Hotel Maya in alicante for five nights. We used to pass this lovely cafe daily, and popped in for drinks and snacks. Very friendly staff, good prices, fabulous baguettes and tapas… And of course, the view!

It would also be good to clean the floor every now and then as there was a lot trash lying around.
Very pleasant, friendly bar. Always call in for a drink when visiting Alicante! Lovely to be back here after 2 years of restrictions
