Sun Moon - Alhaurín el Grande

Bland tasting food teamed with incredibly slow and surly service. Probably the worst chinese food I have ever tasted. Definitely not recommended.

Highly recommend Sun Moon. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Reasonably priced too. We went with the meal of the day. It was more than enough even for my 19 year old son. I had the hot and sour or rather the sour and hot soup and it was the best I tasted in the long time.

Had heard Sun Moon had changed hands so we were really pleased that the standards are still the same, the set meals are great lots of choices and they will let you change dishes to add your favourites, some of the staff are the same and are so helpful, even though they are very busy with takeaways the food is served quickly and its nice to have hot plates to keep it warm. Also its very good value for money.

Restaurant is now called Thai China and the food is both excellent and plentiful, not a combination always found together. Been there many times and have always received excellent service and large, mouthwatering portions. Watching during the meal, it would also seem to be the place for good takeaways in Alhaurin el Grande-much recommended

This was our first visit to Sun Moon as we have recently moved to the area. We've had amazing authentic Chinese in the past and were worried that this may be disappointing but we were pleasantly surprised. Decent hot sour soup (It's hard to find an excellent one), really good homemade vegetable spring rolls, sauteed broccoli, egg fried rice and a very interesting but tasty take on a prawn curry. The portions were generous and value excellent and above all the food tasted fresh clean. We will be back.
