We've been here for ten years. Now it's new owners. The quality of tea is a little watered and they cut the toppings, i.e. boba,jelly ect on a 1/3 of what the old owner did. Very cheap to give the customer. It's not worth the money I'm gonna drop. I gave it 3x. Strike 3

I don?t know why but quickly seems to know how to make delicious best popcorn chicken! The quality is also consistent across the state which is amazing! Boba tea is average since they don?t use high quality tea and milk or creamer but I?d keep coming back for popcorn chicken!!

I've been visiting this location for quite some time now, and even more frequently over the past year! The owner, Helena, is fantastic! I know this is technically a boba shop, but I always order almond slushes at milk tea places, and somehow, Helena makes the best one. I usually get it with 1/4 sugar, which can sometimes affect the consistency, but here it stays smooth and not overly icy. I come in at least twice a week, and when I call in and say, "Hi Helena!" she immediately knows who I am and what I want—it's pretty funny! EDIT: Tracy, the owner's daughter, has been making me an almond milk tea slush, which I dare say is even better than the almond slush. If I could give this place six stars, I absolutely would! The service is great, and it's always quick!

Fantastic spot! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The food is better than average but there's still room for improvement. The boba is generally good. Prices for the boba are reasonably fair, though the food is a bit on the pricier side. The French fries are reasonably priced and you get a generous portion. I definitely encourage anyone to check this place out!

I just started coming about 2 months ago, and every time I get the lady in the front is super nice and courteous! I tried about 6 different drinks and they? All right! You also have good specialties! I wish they stayed open a little late
