The chili crisp shrimp is not crispy at all. I can see the shrimps are ready to go to war, what's with their batter as armor and all. No, it's not batter. More like battering ram due to it's resilience. Chewing on them will sculpt your jaw to be like handsome squidward. The eggplant tofu was too sweet that if it was named James you'd see them on big billboard ads. And the portion was somewhat lacking compared to other panda express locations. Definitely won't come again.

I placed an online order today, and when I... read more This particular restaurant used to be above average, but unfortunately, it has been underperforming in recent years. I placed an online order today, and when I went to pick it up, I noticed they hadn’t given me a receipt or even offered one. I approached the counter to ask about it and spoke to an associate who had limited English skills. While she understood my request, instead of taking responsibility, she blamed me for not asking for a receipt. I was surprised by this lack of customer service, as I believe it's the restaurant's duty to provide a receipt automatically. Throughout our interaction, I felt she had a condescending attitude. When I requested to speak with a manager, the manager simply instructed her to give me a receipt if I wanted one. Rather than printing a new receipt, the associate pulled a crumpled one out of the trash. Despite this disappointing experience with customer service, I must say the food was excellent. However, I can't overlook the poor attitude and service, so I would rate this restaurant as a 3-star establishment.

If I could give a rating of zero, I would. The woman who took my order was incredibly rude and condescending. The customer service was TERRIBLE! She even spoke to me slowly, as if I wouldn't understand, emphasizing each word. They definitely need new management. I addressed her calmly, but I will not be returning here.

The portion sizes are quite small, and the service is very slow, even when the restaurant isn’t busy.
