What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
I asked for a bowl of white rice noodles orange chicken, the amount of rice was less than half a cup!!! She did the same with noodles and got a posture when I told her that not enough I was 't asking more than what I usually do on the one at Fair Oaks, no wonder that the restaurant was empty Saturday 7:30 ...no more of this Panda Express for me, I understand, food is expensive, but at least give the right amount of f...
