I woul... read more We weren't in a rush, so we didn't mind waiting, but unfortunately, it took over an hour to receive our two cheeseburgers, waffle fries, and veggie soup. I would have been perfectly okay with this delay if we had received an apology, an explanation, or some updates during our wait. Sadly, the restaurant was nearly empty, and we still had no idea why it took so long. That said, this isn't exactly a spot for those who are uptight or in a hurry. On the positive side, the burger was quite delicious! So, I'll give it 4 stars. It's a fun and unique little country convenience store-restaurant.

The service has become extremely slow, and when they finally acknowledge you, they're often rude. The food takes a long time to arrive and doesn't taste as good as it used to. I really enjoy supporting small businesses, but it's becoming increasingly difficult with each visit. I would recommend checking out 9th Street in Highland or Slots n Slices down the road instead. Perhaps they should consider hiring some friendly staff. It's disheartening to see how this place has changed.

Restaurant/bar/gas station/convenience store/laundromat all under one roof. I stopped and had take out biscuits and gravy. And unfortunately the biscuits were a bit doughy gravy was bland. Need some sausage chunks in that gravy some salt pepper. I must point out service was very friendly and quick though. I was told by a friend that the country fried steak was recommended. Ill give it another try
