What Steff Lusher doesn't like about Lunasia Dim Sum House:
First time visit, ordered 5 items and within the one hour only brought out 2 items, meat was undercooked and service along with food was cold visited on a slow Sunday : View all feedback.
It was late afternoon so it was empty. I heard that they used to serve dim sum wagon style, but now they seem to order it individually. I was satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food, but I felt it was a little expensive.

I have never seen shrimp in dim sums that are so big!!!!Highly recommend items are “jumbo shrimp har-gow”, scallop shrimp dumpling, shrimp siu-mai, honey walnut shrimp, diced beef (meat is super tender), fried rice and egg custard. They have qr code you can scan to order and ordering is super easy. They food is also brought out very quickly. This place is definitely worth a visit. They also have free parking garage so it is easy to park.
QRcode ordering is the norm here, and I absolutely despise it!It's such a big step back from seeing a regular menu where dishes are grouped, easy to spot, and you just check off what you want and hand it to the staff. Now I have to take out the phone, scan the code, go to the link, do a linear scroll (feels like endless scrolling) to select one dish, add it to the cart, and repeat for the next item.I understand that this is convenient for the restaurant, because they don't have to reprint the menu whenever they change (increase) prices, and they can adjust displayed items due to stock issues, but this is NOT for the benefit of the customers. Please bring back regular printed menus.Oh, when we asked for Worcestershire sauce after the first dish (Turnip Cake) came, the waitress said the sauce will come with the Beef Balls (which came 3rd) Huh? You want us to wait for the sauce because it's more convenient for you? And when the sauce finally came, it was in one of those takeout containers. I'm including a picture from another dim sum place nearby to show how it SHOULD BE DONE Bistro 1968 in San Gabriel. Look at how they serve their sauce! This place is going downhill! If you are going to use to go containers for our sit down meal, should we tip you like takeouts also? Soooo disappointing.
I've been looking for a place that has good Peking duck. This place exceeded my expectations. The peking was excellent, I highly recommend it, and the staff were very friendly and professional. I will definitely be coming back to try the rest of their menu.
I met my friends here for brunch, and while the place is spacious, it felt crowded due to the tables and seats being placed very closely together. The narrow walking pathways made it challenging to move around comfortably. Unfortunately, it wasn't an ideal spot for a leisurely chit-chat as it was quite noisy, making it difficult to hear each other. The dim sum was average.
