What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
We were ready to order and pressed the button, but apparently the staff rather chat it up for then take an order. Wasted 20 minutes of our time not taking our order. We pressed the buttin again. We could see the restaurant was not understaffed, employee who clocked out about 9pm gave us an unwarranted smile as she walked to her car. Absolutely unprofessional. They never answer the call when the button is pressed. Have waited over 20 minutes before and had them turn the lights out on me for closing. If you order through the app you get something but otherwise they don’t seem to want business.
