I visited this location a few weeks back and ordered a crunch wrap supreme. I got home to realize there was ZERO beef included in my meal. I called the store and they refused to help me with THEIR error. Tonight, i visited the store again they were “out” of beef beans, so i ordered a chicken quesadilla. To my surprise, half of my meal was completely empty. This store has consistently been incompetent, staff and management included. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
It's one thing if the food is bad which it wasn't, but when the employees are ignorant to the customers, then I've got something to say! I ordered two small items from the value meal which would have been quick to prepare however people walked in use the kiosk and got their food and left before I got taken care of. Finally when it did come, she pushed it on the counter I stopped it from falling off and I said you're welcome because she had turned around and walked away from me. I asked her what the store number was and she refused to give it to me! I'm not very happy with Taco Bell and won't be coming back! What makes me mad is corporate doesn't do Jack about it! The oil is rancid. Can't even speak to anyone when I called to complain Food: 1
Half my order missing, and poor quality items. Drove 15 mins back for the rest, and didn 't even get a fake apology. Just handed me the rest and said here . And the window shut. No more for me! Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
