While I was waiting for my sub to come out of the oven, I noticed three individuals who weren't staff members chatting and laughing with the employee making my... read more While I was waiting for my sub to come out of the oven, I noticed three individuals who weren't staff members chatting and laughing with the employee making my sandwich. I then realized that one of them was filming the entire interaction. As I browsed my drink options, the laughter and recording continued. When I left, it was evident that I had become the subject of their joke. Uncertain about what had happened to my sandwich, I ended up throwing it away when I got home. This experience felt very unprofessional, and I would suggest looking for a different Subway location.

I... read more My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. The staff consisted of an older woman, a younger girl, and a man dressed in a bow tie and suspenders. I couldn't help but doubt that they were making sandwiches that met Subway's standards or following proper food safety regulations. They didn’t make any effort to be friendly or welcoming. The sandwiches were truly awful, and I noticed that other customers' orders behind me were just as lacking. I'm not just an older person complaining; I’m a 17-year-old who works in fast food and expects a higher standard of quality.
