Maharaja Kouba - Feedback

What Melissa G likes about Maharaja Kouba:
Yes! Yes! Yes! I was craving Indian food and this hit the spot. First of all, the decor/lighting is so beautiful and colorful. The waiters were very attentive and wore mask for precautious which in my opinion makes me feel just better about safety protocols being followed. The food was served very quickly and warm. Hello. I'm sorry to lead the mood. This restaurant has fallen sharply in quality. The staff is always as friendly but food is no longer what it was at the opening of the restaurant. It is extremely “localized” Indian Having visited several regions of India, I found no authentic flavor.
