The food was amazing! Everything was super delicious. I would only recommend them to use normal ones and not paper ones. We tried the avocado toast, sandwiches and granola! All amazing and they truly use amazing products.
We stopped for a quick and reasonably priced late breakfast. The avocado toast options are large. The avocados were tasty and the one with the scrambled eggs and bacon was exceptionally good. The French toast was ok but definitely the French make it. The coffee was very good. There is outside seating and toilet facilities.
We visited Slow Bakery three times during our vacation in Alghero. They had a variety of breakfasts and brunches, fast service, and the owner and staff were attentive and friendly.
Perfect for breakfast. Fried eggs available. Opens early. Very professional service.

Especially Camilla was an amazing, service oriented waitress with a very welcoming and friendly character. But the whole team is very kind! We had breakfast here on our first day and it became our morning place to be. Everything was very delicious, must have when you’re in Alghero. This is a little gem. Most breakfasts in Alghero seemed to be focaccia which was often quite dry. The menu here has loads of options from American breakfast to Avocado toast and pancakes. The choice is very wide and the menu is really clear. It's a cheery spot with good service and we loved the food. Highly recommended.
Super friendly service with a really nice breakfast. The servers spoke great English and the food was great. And it opens much earlier than most other restaurants
Fantastic little spot to start the day with. Food was fresh and very tasty. Avocado sandwich with salmon, granola with yoghurt, pancakes and scrambled eggs were all very tasty. Our waitress Camilla was truly exceptional and did everything to make our breakfast time very enjoyable. Highly recommended place.
As an international I understand the need for a salty breakfast every now and then so I decided to give Slow Bakery a try, big mistake. The food is below school cafeteria quality with the highest prices of any breakfast in town. Ordered a grilled cheese which was simply two slices of bread with unmelted cheese and butter inside. When confronted about this owner just laughed in our faces implicitly admitting that this was a tourist trap. Not an exaggeration to say this was the most disappointing breakfast of my life.
