We used the QR... read more Came here for lunch because of a friend's recommendation that was mistake. Got a table, even though the staff seemed annoyed that we even asked. We used the QR code to get the menu so we knew what we wanted when the waiter eventually arrived. Wine, water and food were ordered simultaneously. The food arrived before the drinks, with no cutlery supplied. Asked about the wine and water wine arrived with no water. Asked about the water, a bottle was brought with no glasses. Asked for glasses which arrived eventually. The attitude of the staff is appalling as is the speed and efficiency of service. Went in to pay the bill and was treated as though I was the taxman. On the plus side, the food and wine were lovely, but I'd avoid this place like monkeypox if I was you. The staff's attitude is as though customers are an inconvenience and how dare they ask for anything! I gave 1 out of 5 because TripAdvisor won't let me give zero. Spend your money elsewhere.

After 20 minutes they decided to give u... read more We arrived and got the feeling we were to late for lunch (2pm). We saw the waitresses look and doubt to serve us or not. After 20 minutes they decided to give us the menu. The waitress Roberta couldn 't say hello, she arrived at the table and didn 't even say anything. She took the order without looking at us or even leave a little smile. Than again when she brought the food after 30 minutes we said have a good meal ourselves to her, she ignored and walked away. I must add that the lasagna and spaghetti Vongole were delicious!! Not even finished eating she started smoking behind the plants next to our table. When going inside to pay we almost bumped and Roberta expected me to move, client first I would think? Before the payment was done the older lady, which I suppose was the chief, already had started the next payment for the next customer and I could disappear in silence without any goodbye. One tip I could give to the staff is communicate and smile to your customers!
