However, ASSUMING that a tip is included, taking a self determine 20 30% tip from the client and being rude when KINDLY asked if the calculations were right is not nice at all. Treat your customers nicely or you lose them (and their friends). Cheers! (Answer below added after the restaurant's response to my first review) I appreciate the cordiality on the answer but he couvert doesn't explain what happened, unfortunately, as we've paid it on the bill. Also, couverts in Italy are not 20 30% of the dishes, rather 1 5 euros per person normally which is far from the mentioned percentages. Once again, I appreciate the answer but the unwanted tip was rather additional to the whole bill.

We were there less than one hour before closing and we never felt like we were rushed to order or to eat. We felt very welcome right away. The food is exceptional! The squid had a perfect texture (not chewy at all), the ravioli were right on point and the risotto was juicy and tasty.
