The food at this restaurant is delicious and served hot, the ambiance is pleasing, and the staff is very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. I will definitely be returning again.

Good atmosphere, friendly staff, enjoyed the range of starters. Just a bit chilly under the aircon.

I really enjoyed the food at this restaurant. The starters were delicious, we had finished them before our drinks even arrived! Although it was busy, that was no excuse for any delays.

I booked a table for four of us a while ago for breakfast. We have had excellent breakfasts in the past there thought it would be an excellent choice for our Bavarian visitors to join us before flying back home. The food was excellent as ever. However I was very disappointed to be taken to our table in the TV games room of the pub. We informed the waitress we had booked but were informed as we weren’t staying overnight at the Horse Jockey we couldn’t eat in the restaurant area. Previously when we’ve booked for breakfast we’ve always eaten in the restaurant the table has been set in preparation. Our guests enjoyed the food but I felt after seeing the almost empty restaurant that it was a little inflexible to seat us where we were.
