Cavallario's Bayside - Alexandria Bay

I know this is a tourist hotspot, but the prices for food are way too high for what you get. The staff member at the counter wasn't very friendly either. It would be better if they provided napkins at the counter instead of making you get them yourself at the table. It's quite frustrating.

I had to choose from a menu, select a table, order and pay for my food before being given a pager to notify me when it was ready. I had to collect my food and bring it back to my table, and the restaurant only accepted cash. The most expensive pizza was $35, which was not bad. The service was minimal but efficient, and the food seemed to be cooked well. Overall, I may not return to this restaurant in the future.

The gluten-free pizza is large with a beautiful thin crust and plenty of cheese on top.

Good place to stop for a fast sandwich or pizza with a beautiful view of the docks. serve them. they offer wine and beer.

We played the thousand Island River run in Alex Bay the last 2 years. I got a delicious pulled pork sandwich last year and decided I needed another one this year. Was directed to the service station for them to take my order and was taken care of by the sweetest waitress forgive me I did not get her name. I'm one of these annoying people that want my food a special way and am pretty picky about it. The pulled pork was super good as usual their sauce is delicious and love the coleslaw that comes with it as well as the homemade chips. My order was perfect and she helped me out as well with some extra sauce and coleslaw even when they were pretty slammed with business. Thanks again so much I'm sure I will be there next year during the River run and we'll make it a point to come up when we are not playing.
