I had a great experience at this cheese shop! In addition to a variety of cheeses, they also had pesto available that I didn't try. I ended up getting the ale aged, smokey jalapeño, double creme, and horseradish dill cheeses. Despite being described as having different textures, they were all quite soft and with a consistency similar to cheese spreads. The cheeses were incredibly creamy and would work well in many recipes. They were packaged in a way that made them perfect for a cheese board, and I enjoyed them with crackers from the store. My only critique would be that they could potentially add more flavor, especially to the horseradish and jalapeño varieties.
