Usually great service but I guess when you hire people who don't care that's the service your going to be giving. I'll think twice about going there again. Edit next day went to get food for someone and spoke with the manager and she apologized and made it right by discounting our order and added some extras for the inconvenience. Will give them another try in the future.
It was a pretty good experience. This Panda Express had better service then the Panda Express and Coliseum Boulevard. Because that one seems to be closed and the doors locked nine times out of 10. However at this Panda Express they were busy but yet professional and gave me a free drink while I waited for them to prepare my meal. They were very cordial and seem to work effectively with one another. They weren't just sitting around waiting to be paid for showing up. They actually were working the drive-thru and bringing orders out to cars parked in the parking lot due to the heavy rain. While I don't mind the rain and went in they apologized for any delays and still did their best to get me out in time and I did not mind the brief wait. If you're going to go to Panda Express go to the one on South MacArthur Drive.
Fresh food, clean place and friendly staff. We went for lunch on the way back home. Everyone was happy. Definitely recommend it.
