Vocelli Pizza - Alexandria

I placed an order for delivery and quickly received a call from Nasir Joon, informing me that no driver was available to deliver it due to the tip being considered insufficient. I was told that I could come pick it up myself. Once I clarified the amount I had indicated as the tip, the apologies started pouring in.

I'm only giving 1 star because I have too. I placed an order online. They charged my card then I get a phone call to tell me the order is canceled because the prices online are not correct and I didn't leave a big enough tip. Sorry but I don't if the food is good or not that just lost my business for good.

Their pizza is consistently amazing and far superior to other places, like Domino's, whose food tends to be too salty. We've never had anything less than an excellent experience at this restaurant. I just finished another pizza and am savoring the afterglow.

The pizza was about 45 minutes late. Ok, cool. It's lunch time. My order was cold and wrong. I'm on the office alone and I can't leave. Not the first time this has happened but I'll probably forget and order from them again
