Fast forward to Father's Day 2021, when my parents and I arrived at this restaurant without a reservation at 6:30 PM, masks in hand. We waited about 20 minutes for a table, but the service we received after being seated was excellent. Our meals were cooked to perfection, and the staff was very responsive to our needs. We spent around 1 hour and 15 minutes dining there and ended up ordering more food than we could finish. Everything was absolutely delicious!

However, I ended up waiting a long time—despite being the only car in the parking lot. After several minutes of waiting, I decided to go inside in my sweatpants to check on my food, only to find it just sitting in the warming area! I approached the girl at the front, who I had spoken to on the phone, and reminded her of my order. With a huge sigh, she said she would go get it. To my frustration, she then took her time retrieving my food, moving at a snail's pace. The manager was also present but seemed indifferent to the situation. It was clear that there was no urgency in delivering my order, and I felt that they could have informed me earlier that they were unable to bring my food out. Instead, I was left waiting in the parking lot for a lengthy period while my food sat unattended. If a restaurant cannot provide the services they offer, they shouldn't advertise them! I typically enjoy dining here, but this experience has left me disappointed and unlikely to return. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
