Franconia Honey Baked location is great. Efficient friendly and always ready to help. I've been to this place for years. In any case, it is worthwhile for special events, holidays or just for lunch. They won't disappoint. The negative reviews make me always wonder what the other side of history(common) I never experienced a problem. The President View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about The Honey Baked Ham Company:
This was my first experience. I only gave it a 3 because I had my hopes up in getting a super duper sweet glazed ham. I mean the lime was long, they are popular but I totally will stick making my own Ham. Lol. It was $80 and not as sweet as I thought it would be. But the cheesecake was a hit for my out of town guest! The service was awesome too! View all feedback.

The Ham Classic Sandwich was average. The croissant was a bit stale, and I wished there was an option to customize my sandwich since I didn't like the hickory smoked honey mustard. Overall, the sandwich was mediocre.

The sandwich was fantastic as usual...I wish I could choose onion chips, but the BBQ option was also good!! Plus, I received a note and a free cookie!! Yay Yay!

Food is good but for delivery purposes, it would be MUCH better if they allowed us to have more options re: toppings, condiments and bread choices for sandwiches, or at least allow us to add Special Instructions, such as no honey mustard , extra Mayo , add Swiss cheese , or croissant instead of multi-grain bread . Also, for $3.00, their single-serving size for deli sides is ridiculously small.

Damp and soggy! The Ham Swiss Slider 3-Pack was a disappointment. I would not recommend eating here. This restaurant frequently mishandles food for delivery. Be cautious.

Beautiful service at this point!! The food is indisputable, but the pleasant staff make this place my favorite!!
