Horrible experience with the worst customer service. Wow. What a mistake it was to go to Sumo last night. First, the service was incredibly slow. My son received chicken instead of shrimp, and my husband, who has a shrimp allergy, was served shrimp tempura. When I spoke to the manager, she was quite rude and didn't prioritize correcting the order mix-ups. My son and husband ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes for their meals after already waiting a long time.

I dined there about a month ago and absolutely loved the experience. I hope to have the same waitress again, as she made sure my son was entertained and brought our food to us fresh and warm. My son even finished everything on his plate, which is impressive since he usually refuses to eat his vegetables! I will definitely be going back!

I had an amazing dinner at the Samurai Hibachi Sushi Bar. The staff was incredibly friendly, entertaining, attentive, and welcoming. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and the cocktails looked delicious! We opted for the hibachi and were thoroughly impressed. I highly recommend this place!

The staff here are amazing with children! Kid friendly doesn?t really describe how kind they are every time we come with toddlers. Balloons, extra attention, even the chef gets into treating kids special and giving their parents a moment of grace. There?s enough natural noice in the restaurant to cover any squeals of excitement! Love this place and return again and again for the good food and most excellent service.

Used to come here all the time when I lived here, came back after a few years and it?s just as good! Nothing has changed-phenomenal service, drinks, and food!!! Will be back next time I?m in town for sure!!!
