Sake Sushi Japanese - Alexandria

This restaurant was not very clean, and my research revealed that they have a history of over 50 health violations, which led to their closure both now and back in 2016. During my visit, my order was wrong on two occasions, and it took an hour to prepare a simple meal. While the food did taste decent, the long wait time was frustrating, especially since there were only two other customers in the restaurant. I cannot recommend this place.

My wife and I had a fantastic lunch here. I enjoyed the yakisoba chicken, and the sushi bento box was excellent as well. The portions were just right for lunch, and the prices were very reasonable. Don’t be misled by the location; the atmosphere is nice and quiet inside, and all the food is prepared fresh on-site as you order. The gyoza was delicious—perfectly pan-fried and steamed, and the cauliflower had a nice crispness to it. All the flavors were rich and satisfying, and everything was fresh and crispy, not mushy or laden with MSG. We will definitely be coming back!

"The restaurant has a spacious layout, but I think the staff is minimal, likely due to the impacts of COVID. During my visit, it seemed like there were fewer people around. Despite that, the sushi was outstanding—some of the best I've had! I give it 5 stars for the young, friendly service and the delicious food. They were not only very accommodating, but the sushi was superb! You've definitely earned my business!"

Please go them, and if they do, an amazing woman that the owner is likely to be seen. it remains there the majority of the time; it will make them everything they think in the capacity of their kitchen. she is humble, friendly and generous. they will leave the feeling as if they are regular, although it might have been their first visit.

This place is awesome! More people need to come here. The crew is really friendly and the food is awesome.
