It had been more than a decade since my last visit to Potbelly, but after trying their sandwiches again today, I was reminded of just how delicious they are. Today is the sixth. I ordered two regular steakhouse sandwiches and a milkshake at this restaurant. The sandwich waitress was excellent and added all the dressings as requested. However, when I went to pay, none of the cashiers had prepared my milkshake. One cashier started yelling for the guy in charge of making the shakes, but he wasn't even there.
