&pizza Kingstowne - Alexandria

I visited this restaurant for the first time today after discovering a new location. I've previously dined at one of their spots on U Street in DC, and the pizza here is fantastic. When I arrived, there were only a few people already seated, so my order was taken quickly. I considered trying something new, but ultimately decided on the American Honey pizza since I'm already familiar with it. Now, I’m just patiently waiting for it to be prepared, hoping for the best!

I recently stumbled upon this new location by chance while I was at the shopping center. I spotted their little sign and, since I've been a fan of this pizza restaurant for a while, I decided to stop by for lunch today. I ordered the American Honey signature pizza because I've enjoyed it several times before. What sets it apart is the goat cheese and the spicy tomato sauce they use. When I walked in, the place was bustling with customers already enjoying their meals, but not long after I arrived, a table near the front opened up. Now I'm just sitting here, eagerly waiting for my pizza to be prepared. I can't wait to indulge in this deliciousness!

The food was good, but the service was terrible. I placed a preorder through the app, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was completely ignored. I ended up waiting in the regular line, still being overlooked. Eventually, I managed to get someone’s attention and they handed me the pizzas from the warmer. What should have been a quick 15-second transaction turned into a 10-15 minute wait, and the place wasn't even busy.

Wife was craving pizza, and she has been here before so she selected this spot for dinner. For me, this was my first time here! This is a pizza spot, where you select your toppings (like subway) We came here on 6 Aug, and I ordered the White pizza and added: Chicken Jalapeños For the drink: Mango Passion Fruit The pizza was good for the most part, but next time I will see if they can cook it a little longer. I noticed that some areas of the pizza you could tell was kind of mushy/soft towards the middle as some reviewers have mentioned The Mango Passion Fruit drink was good, with a slight hint of bubbly action I wish they had more sides to order vs knots... Like maybe wings or something. For the most part, the pizza was good... If I am back in the area, I would stop in, but wouldn 't go out of my way.

Shahid is the nicest dude ever gives really good service. His employees are nice as well and very helpful
