Pizza Bolis - Alexandria

I placed my order two large pizza 4:53 pm and put my pick up time at 6:15 pm.. I arrive 15 min early to get my order. I check the pizza tracker and my order is in process. I’ve waited in the car until my order is done. After 15 min tracker says my order is ready. I get my order and bring it home. My house is only 3 to 5 min away from the shop. When we eat the pizza I notice that the pizza is cold and it looks like it was already baked 1 1/2 hour ago or more. This will be my first and last order in this place.

Really bad service and food!I ordered some wings and boneless but I think they send me the whole fryer with the food!I called the restaurant and the guy who I was speaking to he was really rude telling me to complain to slice who was a really good service because they only delivered my food, not cook the food! I’m really upset about the treatment this guy gave us!

I had a really bad experience with this pizza place, at the beginning I commanded a great pizza for the delivery, which an hour late with the time it should be delivered, and later on that day I called a big chicken alfredo pizza for the pickup that we picked up, and I was kind of disappointed hair the pizza was cold and the thing was going to make even worse, I recommended

I wouldn't give this place stars. my friend of el salvador eats on this place often and recommended it to me. she was over and ordered delivery. the delivery driver showed up and she gave him a few dollars. I was in my carport when I watched my dogs, and I saw that he threw her money back. I asked what's going on? She told me he said, "The tip was not enough" and threw him out on her. I called the Alexandria site and told them that this was happening. they were indifferent and I explained that everyone has a hard one, but that did not excuse his insane behavior. then I asked if the manager could call me back and leave my number, but no answer 3 days later. a tipp is an option and everyone needs to understand the industry in which they are. sometimes you get great tips, ok tips and low tips. No one makes them enter this industry and therefore it is called gratitude!

Diarrhea! last night I bought from them 2 sandwiches for me and my friend a steak and would be another gyro, both of us got diarrhea and could not sleep the whole night because food poison, it was definitiw expired factory personnel (gyro or steak) and no clean, even gyro was not even near gyroo sandwich and a little hurtz!
