Mcdonald's - Alexandria

Fries were cold and extra salty. Staff was inattentive except for drive thru orders. Several were on the phone. The staff member that handed me my food, seems like she was under the influence. Cup lids were not in stock at the filling station for my size. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Old faithful... You don't need a lecture; not good for you, but sure is good!

The drive-through service at this restaurant was incredibly rude. In addition, the sodas we received were not even full. One soda, as shown in the picture, was at least 3 inches from the top. When we mentioned this to the person at the drive-through, they responded by saying they couldn't control it because it was done by the machine. Throughout the interaction, they were incredibly rude and unprofessional. At one point, when I took a photo, one of the associates yelled at me accusingly, asking if I had taken a photo and demanding to see it, claiming it was illegal. Overall, the service was poor and lacking in professionalism. Take-out service was not up to standard.

The coffee macchiato at this restaurant was disappointing. The manager did not do a good job with it - the milk was foamy and warm with hardly any coffee. The service was also lacking. The overall experience was not worth the price.

The service at this restaurant is consistently the slowest I have ever experienced in the 30+ years I have been coming to McDonald's! They really need to improve. The meal type is takeout, with a price range per person of $1–10. The food is rated a 4, while the service and atmosphere are both rated a 1.
