The food at this restaurant was fantastic! The last time we ordered a family meal, they had run out of lemonade and we didn't realize until we got home. However, when we recently went back, the staff member was incredibly kind and gave us some fresh lemonade, which was delicious! They didn't even make a big deal out of the mistake. In the evening, I arrived at 7:30 at the restaurant but found the lobby was locked. I was unable to enter the restaurant with the car I drove.
The manager was very rude and I found hair in my food.
I waited for 15 minutes at the counter and none of the workers acknowledged me. I ended up going somewhere else to satisfy my hunger.
Was a little waiting, but got fresh chicken, so I didn't mind!

read moreThe food is consistently fresh and the waiting time is minimal. Surprisingly quicker than McDonald's!
The restaurant had good food, but cleanliness was not a strong point. The bathrooms were terrible. However, the service was excellent.
