Five Guys Burgers Fries - Alexandria

Haven?t eaten at a Five Guys in awhile. Their serving sizes haven?t shrunk at all. Had the regular cheeseburger with everything and a ?small? fry...enough food for two adults, which I promptly devoured. Food was hot, and it tasted good we?ll in step with what you?d get from a FG. Dining area could have used a ?refresh?...I came in around 7pm...it wasn?t crowded, but it was active. Kinda gross when the tables need a wipe down. Five guys has always been on the slightly elevated price side....17 bucks for a burger, fries and drink is more of the same. Probably won?t be back to a FG...too spendy for what is really elevated fast food.

I really enjoy this restaurant. The staff was welcoming and took my order promptly. The food was cooked perfectly and the place was very clean. I will definitely be returning soon!

The fries were cooked to perfection, no matter what Mr. Charlie did to them. They were amazing and really brightened our dining experience. Thank you!

Waited 15 min for an online order. People who went to the store got their food faster than the guys behind the counter kept their heads down and didn't care about someone waiting for it. I got a mix of regular Pommes and Cajun Pommes sprinkled because the person who made the friends met all the other orders and they could see that I got angry. This place needs some management that can help people with customer service. Don't just throw a bag with a burger on a shelf and forget it.
