What Eric D doesn't like about Five Guys:
I went today and I ended paying $26 for a cheeseburger, large fries, and a soda drink. The burger was $11 something, the large fries was $7.50, and the regular soda drink was $3. Why $26 you ask? The rest was the 20% tip which was a big mistake. Note that it literally cost them under 10 cents for the drink. The burger and fries were very oily and soggy. I want to be transparent: Five Guys isn't my top choice for burgers. However, it is a dependable, affordable option for feeding a large group. In comparison to other Five Guys locations, this one provides quick service and the staff was very friendly.
America's best fries, hands-down. A very positive and relaxed customer service experience, from the cashier to the chefs preparing the food, to the cleaning staff. What a gem of a burger joint. Man, and I DO love the peanuts!!
The bacon at this Five Guys was a bit overcooked. At other Five Guys locations, the bacon is cooked perfectly crispy without being nearly burnt.
Food was good but service, cashier to be specific was fair at best
The service at this restaurant was quick and efficient despite how busy it was.
