Cold Stone Creamery - Alexandria

Got my order wrong (one wrong one completely missing) and when I called to get a refund they kept hanging up on me.

Ice cream always good. Me and a couple of guest just left the store because we walk and a guy tells us if we can wait one second and we say sure.. ends up taking close to 10 minutes and us just waiting there. It is what it is if he had something to do but we ain’t gonna wait that long, even the ice cream was melting.Very unprofessional, it’s a bunch of little kids working with 0 customer service, bad attitude. It’s a great location, managers need to hire or train better people or you’re gonna have no customers soon.

I usually love coldstone but this location needs some serious work. It smells bad and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. There were no other customers in the store and it still took a while to get anyone’s attention- she was talking and laughing on FaceTime with someone instead of helping. I ended up walking out without ordering anything because of how dirty it was.

The guy working there seemed to have an attitude. I got there at 8:50 and I asked for a shake. No one was in line but me. He refused it saying we don't do shakes 30 mins before closing. There wasn't a sign saying thats the case. I feel like he was just lazy. The girl working there last night was a sweetheart. She asked me how my day is. The guy with the hair...kind of slim...yea he was on one. Won't be coming back to this location for a while.
