Cava Kingstowne - Alexandria

The food was delicious, but the cleanliness was terrifying. When I was waiting in the line, a young man knew the counters behind the food station with an absolutely dirty rage. When the lady put the utensils on the dirty counter, then it took up again to clean my rice, I asked them very politely to use a clean utensils for my rice. She was very gracious what I appreciated, but when she asked the man with the dirty anger to get a clean utensils, he was very rude, gave me a dirty look and shook his head. I have worked in the food industry, and I know it is customary to provide food safety guidelines and courses for employees. This store really needs to focus on employee training and accountability before some show up in the hospital.

Taste: Taste amazing, definitely depends on what you put together, not just everything you don't know? not together and expect it to taste normal. Quality: Quality is very fresh and beautiful. Eat in: nice selection of places to sit, I like their tables and chairs for two people, so you don?t need to sit at a table for four and feel bad for taking place. Overall, I recommend you! It is basically Greek chipotle with better quality.

CAVA in general: excellent price for what you're paying for (especially now with inflation). I don't know if I could beat those prices by much if I went to the grocery store and assembled it myself. Fresh ingredients in a fast, healthy, and delicious meal. This particular store: I'm not sure. I haven't been enough to be able to rate their customer service or anything. I had no complaints during my one visit. I'm also a very easy-going person. So I don't know...

Whenever we order delivery, the portions are always significantly smaller although we pay more for the meal. Ordering in always piles to the lid so it hardly fits, yet delivery sizes are disappointing. Skip the convenience, and order onsite for double the portions.

We went right before closing but they still let us in which was really nice, however, the man helping us was very rude and rushed us the whole time. When I asked for salad he seemed very annoyed and barely added any of the toppings I asked for. I usually have two meals worth of food, but this is how much I received this time for $16.32.
