Burger King - Alexandria

I’m not sure what the issue was. At the drive-thru, I had to wait 3-5 minutes for my order to be taken. I had to ask for straws, napkins, and ketchup, as there was nothing available in the lobby area. When I inquired if the lobby was closed, I was told that it wasn’t.

On June 6, 2022, at 7:20 PM, we received amazing service! The woman at the drive-thru was incredibly sweet, and the cook even came out to bring us extra fries! This was the best service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. The food was also very fresh.

During our much-needed break for a meal, we pulled up to the restaurant only to find out from one of the staff outside that their dining room was closed due to a waterline issue. However, they kindly unlocked the door to allow us to place our order and use the restroom. The staff was very friendly and accommodating during our visit. Thank you!

I arrived at 5:30 a.m. to purchase breakfast on the way to work. Website states that they open at 5:30 in the morning. Sat in drive thru until 5:50, no one answered at the drive thru. Finally had to drive off so that I would not be late to work. Why advertise that you open at 5:30 when that is clearly false? To make matters worse, this is the only Burger King that still does not allow customers to walk in (drive thru only), yet they keep the doors unlocked and catch an attitude with people that walk in. Smh.
