I was lucky enough to come across this restaurant and decided to stop in for a coffee and a bite to eat. I must say, they serve some of the most authentic Cornish pasties I've ever had outside of Cornwall. The pastry was delicious, the filling was just right, and the perfect amount of pepper was added. The pie was chicken and mushroom It literally had like three bits of mushroom. Half filled dried out pie crust Tasted yuck, no flavours Over cooked or something wrong with this bakeries pies I've travelled around nz buying pies and this was one of the WORST pies I've ever had. Food was very plain and the pies had obviously been in the warmer for a very long time..
Had one of the best pies I've ever tasted today The Breakfast Pie!!! Was so good, I bought 2 cold ones to have for work lunches next week. Top notch service too

This bakery was clean and tidy, the girls where friendly, but there was hardly any selection in food available to buy. However, I did buy a Steak, Cheese and Bacon pie which was great!
Brought a cheese toasty which was just labeled as a cheese toasty, turned out it had meat in it, I am vegetarian. Went back in to ask to exchange it for something veggie, woman with black curly hair said no exchange no refund policy, told me that because I had taken out the shop I could have done anything to it, I had taken a bite out of it it’s not like she could put it back on the shelf, ended up leaving when she just refused to do anything at all, except be confrontational, awful service! Some people shouldn’t be in customer facing jobs! Label food items better
