Bucks Llc - Alexander City

I recently dined at a restaurant and ordered the catfish plate, which I frequently enjoy. The meal cost me $30 for a three-piece whole catfish plate and a drink. Unfortunately, the fish was nearly burnt and the hush puppies were the worst I've ever tasted. I usually dine at Buck Price's establishment regardless of the price, but this time was the worst catfish I've ever had, especially for $30.

The restaurant is sub-par. The quality of service varies depending on the server. The kitchen staff can be loud and rude. When we ordered a children's cheeseburger with only mustard and mayo, we heard the chef say, "It doesn't matter what they want, children's cheeseburgers always come with ketchup." Despite our request, the burger was served with ketchup. When we asked for it to be remade, we could hear the chef becoming agitated. This restaurant used to be a staple in the community, but now it feels like a chaotic workplace filled with handyman tasks, cigarette breaks, and frustrated coworkers. Not all staff members are bad, but most of them seem overwhelmed.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and was disappointed to find that my order was missing the two extra sides I had paid for. When I called from outside to inquire about picking up my food, as it was prepaid by my employer, no one answered the phone and I was left waiting for 6 minutes. The customer service was terrible, and I felt cheated out of half my order. The quality of the food was subpar, similar to what you would find at a Walmart deli, and the prices were inflated. This was by far the worst experience I've had in Alex City. I paid $23 for a plate, and my dog ended up enjoying the only redeeming part of the meal - a $5 piece of bread. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Many fly and a few big cockroaches ran over the floor of the es tab. server was very nice, but everything else was under standard.

Place has advertising for workers, they are in desperate need of them. that is, my mother ordered a banan split $6.50 on the menu. was charged an extra $2 for a banana, for a total of $8.50 I asked the girl and she said that this is just the kind we ring it? if they saw a price for a Banana split, they wouldn't think that's the price of everything that goes in it? the ice was excellent! but a spoon of hot fudge on a hot fudge sun? a drink she was told three times without ice, but still stuck in him. Sounds smarter. Maybe she was new, but I wasn't impressed by the waitress. it was like she didn't want to be interested and not there. maybe more training? even if I had just ordered one, it would have been good!
