I'd like to say we were regular clients and that last night we were in 4 people all over the restaurant. always good dishes, a shame for the young Chinese waitress who ruined our dinner with its ruin. Since they did not cancel the previous dishes from the sheet, with the next order they brought us all the previous dishes . I kindly told the young Chinese girl who had already arrived because with 2 tables of which one to the cafes and 3 waiters in the room, it is too difficult to remember what they brought us 5 minutes before and attacked me verbally screaming, always without mask, telling me clearly that we had to eat everything or pay. after 10 minutes of discussion in the cashier, he still wanted annoyed that we would go back to sit down and eat as if he hadn't already made us hungry for a while. I allow myself to recommend to the owner always very kind but that he was not present to hold a person similar to washing dishes if he does not know how to interface with the client and forgot education in the motherland and leave to his colleagues and the Italian waitress who has education and smiles to sell.

Sunday at lunch I returned to this restaurant with my husband and my son after a long time and found the same quality, courtesy and professionalism of all time. we also noticed and appreciated the renewals both of the place and of the menu. Of the restaurants on the genre in the area, for me always remains number one, and I recommend it without doubt to all.

For me and my family the best alessandria. we go often and eat really well. fresh fish, cured and delicious dishes. the attentive and kind staff, at every level they list what they bring so that every commensale knows what its dish is. pleasant and clean room and price in the norm. Congratulations!!!!

Amazing food and great service. We had the all-you-can-eat menu and it was worth it. We go to Zen regularly, almost once every 2 weekend and we are always happy about the quality of food and service

The pictures on menu dont even look like the plates the restaurant offers to the clients! It is good food but could be way better!!!!! So just order for sashimis and you will not have surprises!!!!!
