Elegant restaurant in the heart of the historic center of Alessandria, we were on the occasion of the Valentine's Day, atmosphere and soft music very pleasant and relaxing , neat and clean location, the staff is very qualified, friendly and empathetic, we liked the explanation of the dishes and the service was quite fast , the menu we enjoyed was refined, with refined ingredients , quality raw materials , and also the presentation of a certain level. The room is capacious and guarantees a certain privacy, but at the same time it turns out a little undressed in the furnishing context is the only personal note that mark it we enjoyed very at the end of the evening the presence of the chef among the commensali, to which we could personally express our appreciation for the proposed dishes. I highly recommend it!!!

Bistrot of new conception, finally! Elegant colors and lights. Young welcome, Alexandria needed it, local dishes and decidedly delicious. The service is fast, friendly and smiling. The chef also came out to explain some dishes and he really liked us. The cellar is adequate. I recommend it!
