This is the restaurant of the Hotel Diamante, if I hadn’t been housed at the hotel maybe I wouldn’t have come, but I must say that the dishes eaten were cured and very good, better than some restaurants , salad with bacon and bread croutons, really good, risotto cream peppers and anchovies good and light!! I travel a lot for work and what I look for in a Hotel and in a Restaurant are the Reception of the Environment and the Genuineness of the Foods. I've been around the world for a few years and here I find myself at home: the food is great and beyond the professionalism of people, I found pleasantness in eating in a room where there is no lack of courtesy and smiles. I tried different dishes and the freshness of food is always a certainty. The excellent taste of every different course shows the care with which the staff performs their work. Tasty and well-planned feet. Thank you.
We participated in the Dinner with delicious, fixed menu. As soon as we arrive we ask if we can have two different types of wine and the maid answers us with a dry NO. We specify that we would pay it apart and magically softens and tells us that then he can take it. Antipasto veal tonnato in the norm, as first pumpkin tortelli exaggeratedly sweet. The second of good and tasty meat. Sweet, apple pie, too sweet. During the maid's service, a fork falls and dirty my jacket. The menu also satisfies the desire for pizza but I preferred to be advised by the Chef who proposed me a great dish of fish.

Come for the first time, (we were in the adjacent hotel) ate strange well and quick and courteous service.. Bravo
