If you come to alès it is the place to go to enjoy a real handmade ice cream, made with excellent products (special lion to the pedestal praline and the pistachio of sicile.) the chocolates as well as the guimauve are as delicious and the welcome is always perfect and very smiling. The boss who doesn't say hello and then who then yells these salesmen like they're good at nothing. I won't go back even if the ice cream is delicious.
