Buffalo Grill - Alès

Arrived at the world restaurant at the entrance. We offer a drink with or without alcohol to wait but not z us. We're waiting 20 minutes standing without anyone interested in us. People who eat there were very upset and complained about waiting for 1h30 for 1 cold burger. A shame. We immediately called another restaurant on Alès where we were received as well. If the Buffalo grille chain doesn't care about its customers as close or embeucerfu qualified personnel to do what is right. We're not gonna get a foot back.

Service to the top the poor must have waited for us to finish eating, because we were the last ones), arrived at 8:30, served at 10:45...... The kitchen forgot us, the half-filled restaurant). Come on, if we can call it that. I'm not going to go back there anymore, especially given the price increase. I'm not recommending, but not at all, there's better proximity

When we arrived on site, we had to wait 10 minutes before we could be installed (in a half-empty restaurant, Monday night). 45 minutes waiting to get the entrance, 50 additional minutes to get the dish. We left before dessert, because we can't wait another 45 minutes. Salted factor of 71€: 2 drinks 2 entries (including a menu) 2 dishes (including a menu) Small bonus, the dessert of the formula was billed to us while not took. Fortunately, we managed to get paid. It was the first and last for us in this restaurant there. However, we were accustomed to a quality service in the other restaurant in the chain.
