Every time I’m there I feel like I’m a burden to the kitchen staff (not the co... read more Been buying my daughter pancakes here for the last 6 months on Saturday mornings. Every time I’m there I feel like I’m a burden to the kitchen staff (not the convenience store staff, they obviously work for someone else). They are constantly staring at the ground afraid to make eye contact with anyone. When they do lift their heads they look at me like I’m interrupting their morning. Occasionally the person taking the order gets berated by the older short heavy cook for having the audacity to sell me pancakes. I have decided to find somewhere else to buy pancakes and furthermore to write a review or two online. This behavior will ultimately result in failure as the consumer always wins.
