I dined at this restaurant today with my daughter. The service was excellent - very friendly and welcoming. We both ordered cheeseburgers, and they were deliciously juicy. The setting of the restaurant was also lovely. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Woolpack:
Went on a bank holiday weekend for family birthday meal. Waited two hours for our food and all staff kept saying was we are sorry but we are very busy, or we are plating it up now. After two hours we all walked out. Staff on the pub floor are young. Very poor service and no communication. Wouldn't even give them 1 star View all feedback.
Beautiful atmosphere and great staff, visited for the lofty firm and had a great time and a beautiful pizza too!

We visited today and had a fantastic time, although there was a bit of a wait for our food the staff handled the busy lunchtime really well and the food was worth the wait! we enjoyed the sharing platter to start I went for the lamb kofta (a little too spicy for my taste but still delicious) then we had a game of crazy golf! was such a wonderful afternoon and we look forward to coming again!!
Great for the kids, food even better.. highly recommend , lovely people
