Jimmies - ALDINGA BEACH

We have been there a few times and it is very inconsistent in pretty much every way. Both the food and the service. When it is good it is good, when it is bad it is really bad.

I have been here quite a few times over the last few years and quite honestly, sometimes its good and sometimes it is just ordinary.We dropped in on the weekend - at lunchtime, 2 adults, 2 children. Simple order - $6 of chips w/Chicken salt, 3 Butterfish and 5 Potato fritters. 10 minute wait and off we go to find a spot along the esplanade to sit and eat. We find a spot, sit, and begin to eat - No chicken salt....really is it that hard!Next the Potato fritters - we got the 5 for $6 deal.....only problem is they only gave us 4 and 1 of those was about the size of a 50c piece. You probably shouldn't be in this line of work if you can't count to 5.We went back 15 minutes later - as we were on the way home and informed the staff about the problem - They really could not have cared less and we are told "he doesn't remember your order" but then offered to "put some more on for you"....too late, we already had lunch...its just a pity that Jimmy's failed so miserably. Lets face it, its not hard, regular or chicken salt - 2 choices. Maybe I just expect too much....but I don't think that getting what you paid for IS too much. Lift you game Jimmy's. Willing to give it another chance but....If it happens again, I will never return.

Best fish and chips and pizzas in the flueriu . Close to beach, nice to eat fish a nd chips on the Beach in summer or watch the sunset while en joying . Fast service. Best to do ring order through first as can get extremely busy, saves waiting in line.

Went to Jimmies Takeaway at Seaford Meadows Last night after shopping at 8.20pm and was told they were shut even thou the door states they close at 9.00pm.
