What User doesn't like about Greenheart Juice Cafe:
Customer service is quite terrible and costs are ridiculously high for what you get. I made a delivery order for 4 juices (over $40) and they delivered only 2. You know, it was probably an honest mistake, but if I wanted to notify her, nobody would answer me. I called three times. I finally got an email in which I will be refunded for the missing two. My family and I love the smoothies, juice, lucky balls, raw cakes, salads, granola. Whew! We love everything at Greenheart!

Cute little health shop on aldie which was nice to find close to home! Good juice and okay acai bowl (had too many frozen fruits). However they are very pricey so it's not possible to be a frequent customer without breaking the bank. The green juice was $11 and acai bowl $9/10. I did really appreciate the juices being in glass bottles which you can take and reuse, so very environmentally friendly in that sense.
I?ve visited this location twice now and I think I?m getting hooked. I go for the açaí bowls and fresh juices. The juice seems pricey at $11 per bottle but I?ve got a juicer and it takes a lot of fruit and veggies to get just a little bit of juice so I think the price is worth it. The staff were different each time I went but both times they were extremely helpful and friendly. If you visit try the strawberry cashew milk, but be careful because once you?ve tasted it you just may crave it all the time.
We never had a problem with everything, everything is super fresh, they have seasonal products. depending on the day, they could be out of some of the things that we usually buy in the quantities we normally cannot get anything we want. the hired are nice, I never had a problem there. the mother of dragon actually bowl is probably my favorite topical item, and reasonably priced. 4 stars. the juice prices are very high. it starts getting hard to justify $12 a bottle of juice. we used to be here and spent over $100 for just two of us, but I think that'll stop. the juice can be sold until date as the next day that is a bummer. they give u 5% when u buy 6 juices, but that doesn't make much. I would rather see a frequent shopper punch card type of program (buy 10, get a free juice.) the other is that she with the chia pudding, that was my other favorites. they were so good! that alone will be a reason for less visit. Yes, I get inflation, the cost for these products, but the juice prices are too high. I'd rather get a smoothie for half the price. so we find ourselves less.
