This location is awful. The cook didn't make use of the Wok no sear on anything. Cooked it ASAP to get us out of their hair.

Taste: the food is ok. Not authentic Thai, fast food type.Service: I give 1 star. The long orange hair female cashier was very impatient towards us and kept asking me to speak louder even though there was no other customer except us. And I was sure that my voice was not that low...She asked us to select the sizes of the noodles which don't have specifications on the menu. And I asked her what the size differences between two sizes, she replied: the price!....and still didn't give us any answers about the size or the price....Alright... last visit to that place for sure. Who wants to pay for a bad service and attitude when we have better choices.As a customer service representative to your restaurant, your attitude and service can truly impact the business and reputation unless the owner don't care because it's only a food court place.

Ordered Chicken Pad Thai. Paid $14 to eat Chicken skin and noodle only! Barely any meat or vegetables in it. So disgusting. Won’t go back.

I just had the worst experience. Without a uniform, she packed the food unsanitarily, and I had to wait about five minutes for her to finish packing. And she received my order very angry, and she refused to accept my request. She said she was a manager, but I can't believe it. I believe that if she is the owner or manager, she cannot provide this service to customers. I hope this store will go bankrupt. It's the worst experience.
