Dairy Queen Grill Chill

Great location and very nice decor. Not so much bigger space for seating but considering outside seating, it's ok. The service point of view is not bad because I did not come across any issues with my Order. Yes, the interaction of the staff is very low. They are like machines and have no heartfelt greetings but are fake. Seems they are stressed out with the lord of work or not sufficiently trained for the situation arises time to time.

This is a peanut buster parfait but you just ask for to switch the hot judge to caramel and instead of peanuts ask for Oreos. Delicious

Great service and great food. Everything was cooked really well and nothing was soggy or out of sort. The servers where all happy to help and even the trainee was quick and efficient with service

This was the most classy DQ I've ever seen and ate in. It was new and clean and just was very organized. It's location is right in the new and trendy village atmosphere of Willoughby. Very enjoyable and highly recommended for a burger and some ice cream.

Staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. I frequent here and would recommend. ???Parking: during the busy hours it's a little difficult to find parking. when in doubt, the opposite side of the building has more parking and another back entrance to DQ is on that side as well, so u won't have to walk all the way around to the front to enter
