The menu off of the internet sounded ve... read more I had to do a business visit from Valencia to Aldaia and had a few extra minutes to grab a bite after the office closed. The menu off of the internet sounded very intriguing and walked to Abe’s just as they opened for the evening. It is a pleasant trendy setting and ordered the Iberican Burger. Delicious, the quality of the meat is excellent with lots of flavor added by the jamón and the chef’s special skills. The next time I return I am inclined to try the Primiginia “Salsa burger.” Actually, I want to try all of their burgers and the remainder of the menu. This was a wonderful discovery.

A very nice and cozy place, excellent treatment from the staff from the moment you walk through the door. Varied menu for all tastes. There is a choice of aged meat for the burgers, special attention to Abe's potatoes and croquettes, always delicious. Finally, there are several dessert options, all delicious. For the weekend, it is advisable to reserve a table. We will repeat.
